Technical facade cleaning

A clean facade without starting with scaffolding

We restore hard-to-reach facades and glazed surfaces through zoned work coordinated around the building, its users and the finish required.

01

Maintaining difficult surfaces without complicating the building

Urban dirt, dust and surface deposits build up precisely where access is slowest. Mandarina assesses the surface, geometry, surroundings and activity to plan a zoned cleaning operation that fits the building.

02

What Mandarina adds

When the building and surface are compatible, drone operation provides a more direct access route and reduces the exposure of people working at height.

  • Less dependence on access equipment installed against the facade
  • Work organised by elevation and priority
  • Planning compatible with access, traffic and opening hours
  • Scope and expected finish agreed in advance
  • Visual record when included in the proposal
03

Facades, glazing and elevated elements

We assess glass, metal, stone, concrete, ceramic, canopies, atriums and other external surfaces. The procedure is adjusted to the substrate, joints, coatings and type of dirt.

04

From photographs to intervention

Location, photographs, approximate height and material allow an initial assessment. We then define scope, site requirements and work sequence. A localised test can validate the finish before scaling up.

05

A service with a clear next step

The proposal identifies the areas to be treated, how the work will be coordinated and what documentation will be delivered. After the final review, we can recommend further work or an appropriate maintenance interval.

FAQ

Useful things to know

01Can a drone clean any facade?

No. Feasibility depends on material, condition, geometry, surroundings, access and operating conditions. We state clearly when a drone is not the right option.

02Can it damage glass or cladding?

Any cleaning method must be compatible with the surface. We inspect the substrate, adjust the procedure and recommend a test whenever there is uncertainty.

03Can you work on a busy street?

The project may require barriers, coordination, permits and additional measures. Each location is assessed individually.

04Is the finish always the same on glazing?

No. Glass type, condition, water, joints, dirt, distance and rinsing method all matter. We define the expected result after the assessment and, where useful, a test.

Initial assessment

Could a drone fit your project?

Send the location and a few images. We will explain what needs checking before preparing a proposal.
