We assess material, condition, geometry, access and surroundings to confirm suitable areas and methods.
02What height can it reach?
Useful height depends on configuration and surroundings. Location and images let us assess the actual scope.
03How do you protect glazing and facades?
We review the substrate and adjust distance, pressure, water and rinsing. A local test can confirm the finish.
04Do you use pressurised water?
Water and adapted pressure may be used, but values and system are defined for each surface.
05Do you use chemicals?
Only when they add value for the soiling and are compatible with the surface and surroundings. Products are defined beforehand.
06Do you need access inside the building?
It depends. Access may be needed to technical areas, roofs, courtyards, service points or deployment areas.
07Do you need water or electricity?
Requirements are confirmed during the assessment, including available points and distance to the work area.

We assess timings, barriers, circulation and coordination to define a suitable work window.

Unsuitable conditions lead to pausing or rescheduling on technical and safety grounds.
10Do you need permits?
Requirements depend on the operation, location and airspace and are reviewed during preparation.

We consider area, height, geometry, soiling, material, access, services, location, restrictions and frequency.
12Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. We assess projects across Catalonia and elsewhere in Spain when the scale justifies travel.
13Can you run a pilot test?
A limited test can be assessed, with scope, cost and conditions agreed in advance.
14Do you provide images or reports?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope. The record or report format is defined in the quote.
15Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Frequencies can be annual, six-monthly, quarterly or custom to the asset.
